At B&B Dynamic Machining, we manufactured CNC machined parts for a birthing simulator assembly. Our engineers utilized polishing, rough and finish milling processes to create the parts. The overall part dimensions were 0.25 x 3 x 6 in. with tight tolerance of ±0.0005 in.
Materials we used for manufacturing included 6061 aluminum with 125 finish. Our parts met general standards and were designed for use used in the medical device market. To manufacture high quality machined parts, we utilized state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment including computer numerical control (CNC) mill and coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
Our testing department had performed manual inspection to ensure the product meets all requirements. We made 15-25 CNC machined parts in just 4 weeks, which were delivered at the client’s Delaware facility. To find out how we can help you with your CNC machined part requirements, contact us today.
